Billhead keeps your invoices, clients, and hours on your own device. We do not run servers that store your business data, we have no accounts to sign into, and we do not collect analytics.
The short version. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal information. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is no tracking to begin with.
Everything you enter — businesses, clients, invoices, estimates, line items, payments, hours, tax settings, and your logo — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. It is not transmitted to us. We cannot read it.
Billhead is free to use. Billhead Pro is available as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription, both bought through Apple. We never see your name, address, or payment details — Apple processes the transaction.
To unlock Pro on your devices and to restore it after a reinstall, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated identifier for your installation along with the transaction details Apple provides (which product was bought, and whether it is still active). That identifier is not linked to your name or email, and it is not used for advertising.
Billhead is a tool for running a business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Because your data never leaves your device, you already hold it. You can export everything at any time from Reports, and deleting the app removes the local database. If you used iCloud backup, remove the app's data from your iCloud storage in the Settings app to delete those snapshots.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date above. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
